Validity Period
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Redemption
- Gift certificates must be redeemed in-store only.
- A printed copy of the gift certificate must be presented at the time of redemption.
- Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used to purchase in-stock products only.
Usage
- Multiple gift certificates may be used together for a single purchase.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the gift certificate value, the balance must be paid by an alternative payment method.
- If the purchase amount is less than the gift certificate value, the remaining balance may be taken only as a store credit.
Transfer and Loss
